The limited diffuse reflective type fiber unit NF-DC Series is used for wafer mapping. Units as thin as of 3.8 mm make it easy to mount multiple units, allowing mapping to be performed in a short time. Glass and other transparent wafers can also be detected, in addition to silicon wafers.
