Measurement of inkjet coating thickness
In the inkjet coating process, the laser displacement sensor CD5-30A can measure the thickness of the coating applied to a glass substrate. The repeat accuracy of the CD5-30A is 0.46 μm, which makes it suitable for measuring liquid crystal orientation membranes as well as for applications in the solar cell industry.
