Inspecting stopping accuracy of robots
Stopping accuracy of an articulated robot is measured using laser displacement sensors. Sensors are installed along the X, Y, and Z axes to verify that the stopping position falls within the specified tolerance window. The CD2H‑30A offers class‑leading repeatability of 0.25 μm, enabling high‑precision measurement. The series is also compatible with IO‑Link, and the dedicated free software allows measured data to be logged immediately.
