Shaft direction and motor float detection

The BGS-HDL series is used to perform actuator shaft direction determination and float inspection during motor installation. Since it provides two separate control outputs, detection can be performed separately with output 1 used for shaft direction determination, and output 2 for motor float (flange presence/absence). This means that applications that have required two sensors up until now can now be done with just a single sensor.
