Arrival of the coated substrates in the drying process with suspended substrates is detected using the BGS‑Z10x. Because the BGS‑Z10x is a distance‑setting type sensor, it is resistant to differences in substrate color and provides stable detection even when the light is incident on the substrate at an angle.
