Checking if PWB sitting on the plate correctly or not

Using the C‑MOS laser sensor BGS‑HL25T2, it is detected whether the board is correctly placed on the pallet. If the board is shifted and rides up on the edge of the pallet, the height difference caused by the tilt is detected. With the BGS‑HL25T2, a step difference of 0.8 mm can be detected even at a distance of 150 mm. It is resistant to changes in board gloss or color, enabling stable detection.
