Detecting overlapping of glass plates

Using the laser displacement sensor CD33‑L30N□, it is possible to detect whether one or two glass substrates are being fed at the loading stage, thereby preventing substrate breakage caused by double feeding. Even on lines with vibration, stable measurement is achieved by measuring the glass from both the top and bottom.
