Measuring warpage of LCD glass
The CD5 Series measures the warpage of clear LCD glass. With the specular object measurement type CD5‑L25A, transparent glass can be measured at a resolution of 0.37 μm. By processing the peak and bottom values of each sensor, the system enables high‑accuracy warpage measurement.
