In glass molten-level control, the temperature of the molten glass exceeds 1300°C, requiring long‑distance measurement to minimize thermal influence. The CD5‑W2000 laser displacement sensor enables long‑range measurement of 2000 +/- 500 mm—the longest in the industry—making it possible to use a simpler cooling enclosure and thereby reduce overall system cost. Note: The cooling enclosure must be prepared by customer.
