Measuring warpage of glass plate
Multiple CD5‑W85 laser displacement sensors are used to measure the waviness of transparent glass plates. The CD5‑W85 is equipped with a specular‑reflection mode capable of measuring transparent materials, allowing high‑precision measurement of waviness and thickness even on glass plates. In addition, by using the amplifier’s calculation functions, complex multi‑point measurement calculations can be configured quickly and easily.
