Measuring uneven winding of electric wire

Uneven winding of electrical wire on to a bobbin is measured using CD2H-700 laser displacement sensors. Even if winding is uneven and both ends of the bobbin become thick, it is possible to output an alarm by placing two displacement sensors at each end and measuring the difference in each of the measurement values. The CD2H-700 supports long-range measurement of up to 1,200 mm, making it suitable even for large-diameter bobbins.
