Small motor rotational speed inspection
The CDX-30A ultra high‑accuracy laser displacement sensor is used to count the number of rotations of motors. Since gears with small teeth cannot be reliably distinguished by a photoelectric sensor, a laser displacement sensor is used instead. With its spot size of only ø30 μm, the CDX‑30A can detect each individual gear tooth. Furthermore, the newly developed ATMOS receiver enables a feedback‑free high‑speed shutter, allowing measurements with no momentary pauses or response delays.
