Motor vibration measurement
CD5→CDX Motor assembly correctness is verified using the CDX‑30A laser displacement sensor. With a 80 kHz high‑speed sampling rate, the CDX-30A reliably captures shaft and housing vibrations associated with improper assembly. The CDX‑30A provides 0.25 μm resolution at a 30 mm measurement distance, enabling detection of very small vibration amplitudes and supporting accurate pass/fail inspection.
