Detecting fine gold wire

Using the NF‑TR03 fiber‑optic cable together with the D3RF fiber-optic sensor, gold wire on a winding machine can be detected. Because the core diameter of the NF‑TR03 is extremely small at φ0.25 mm, it can detect gold wire only a few micrometers away. This enables stable detection of gold wire even when it is being wound at high speed.
