Detecting the presence of O-rings
The presence of O-rings is detected with the BGS-HL. It can identify extremely small height differences using digital sub-pixel processing which performs recognition by dividing each pixel into 65,536 segments. This allows for reliable detection of even very small and thin objects such as O-rings.
