Checking warpage of the PWB in the chamber through view ports
The warpage of the PWB in the chamber is measured using the CD33 laser displacement sensor. Since the measurement is performed through the view port, long‑distance measurement is required, but the CD33 can measure up to 400 mm. It enables stable measurement even at long distances.
