Temperature management in cardboard molding processes

The CS Series non‑contact thermometer measures the temperature of the cardboard to control the heating roller. If only the roller temperature is monitored by a temperature controller, a temperature difference can occur between the roller and the cardboard, which may lead to bonding defects. By measuring the actual cardboard temperature with the CS, feedback control can be applied to the roller, enabling stable and reliable bonding.
