Coil winding inspection

LS Series 2D displacement sensors measure the amount of copper wire wound around a coil. Utilizing a line-shaped laser beam, the LS Series is capable of measuring copper windings at widths of up to 27 mm. Even if part of the coil is wound twice, the LS Series can measure the average height within that width, ensuring measurement with minimal influence from the doubled part.
