Object seating verification in cell production
A long-range laser BGS distance setting sensor TOF-L is used to verify whether an object is correctly seated in an assembly cell. With a maximum detection range of 4.5 m, the TOF-L can verify seating of an object even when the sensor is mounted above the operator’s head. Detecting from a location that does not interfere with operation reduces assembly time and makes production more efficient.
