Vision inspection of tube for endoscope
The surface of an endoscope tube is inspected for scratches and foreign objects using OPR ring lighting and cameras. By illuminating the tube with two OPR ring lighting units face to face, the unevenness of the tube can be cancelled out. In addition, selecting the blue light source of the OPR, which is characterized by excellent uniformity and high scatter rate, allows for detection of surface defects with high precision.
