Detecting the presence of the bottle in the individual packing box
The presence of a bottle in an individual packaging box is detected by a Z4B-10N BGS distance setting sensor. The Z4B-10N detects objects based on distance rather than received light amount, so the inspection is unaffected by container color. Even if the container color changes due to product changeover, the line can continue operating without recalibration.
