Checking parts height on the brake pad assembly

The LS Series can measure the mounting height of the brake pad's PWI (Pad Wear Indicator) to inspect whether it is installed correctly. Conventional systems required multiple sensors to measure both sides of the pad and the PWI, but they could not guarantee the relative height position. With the LS Series, a single sensor can measure both sides simultaneously, enabling accurate height measurement with the relative position maintained. It is also resistant to vibration, allowing stable measurement even when the pad is being conveyed.
