Measuring temperature of plastic

  • Measuring temperature of plastic

When manufacturing plastic sheets, variations in heating temperature can cause the raw material to expand or contract, leading to changes in roll diameter, adhesive failures, or insufficient curing. Additionally, there are cases where there are appearance defects due to bubbles, wrinkles, or deformation. The TI-S Series non-contact thermometer measures the sheet temperature controls the heater to keep the temperature constant at all times. The TI-S Series is equipped with a ring laser pointer for easily confirming the measurement location even during long-range measurement such as when it is installed 1 m or more away. It is also resistant to the influence of ambient temperature fluctuations, enabling stable measurement. Furthermore, it achieves a fast response time of 50 ms or less.
