Detecting overlapping caps
The BGS‑HL/HDL high‑precision CMOS laser sensors are used to detect whether lids supplied by a parts feeder are stacked in double layers. With the 100 mm sensing distance model, the hysteresis is within 3%, enabling stable detection of even slight level differences.
