Verification of component chips and presence

CD2H Series laser displacement sensors have the “ATMOS” image sensor developed by OPTEX FA specifically for laser displacement sensors incorporated into the receiver element. The “ATMOS” can always perform position detection with an appropriate amount of received light as it tracks the amount of light reflected from the detection object in real time. This enables measuring minute chips on small components and verifying the presence of black components mounted at an angle from medium-to-long distances away. ◆ Measurement of minute chips on small components 　Short range type CD2H-30 achieves a resolution of 0.1 μm and linearity of ±0.01 mm. ◆ Verification of presence of components mounted at an angle from medium-to-long distances away 　Long range type CD2H-700 achieves a wide measurement range of 200 mm to 1,200 mm.
