Seal detection for small pieces in the film seals
The Z3T-2500NIR is an infrared LED type photoelectric sensor that can detect small pieces in film seals in the pancake packaging process. Its IR LEDs have stronger penetrating power than red LEDs, so the sensors ensure accurate detection of small pieces through package films. The sensors are also contamination-resistant, reducing the frequency at which they need to be cleaned.
