Checking the presence of glossy and transparent pouches

Presence of highly glossy and thin food pouches is detected using the BGS‑HDL Series. With the FGS mode, which detects reflected light from anything other than the background, stable detection is achieved even when the pouches have transparent areas, strong gloss, color patterns, or are very thin. Because detection is based on non‑background reflections, reliable presence detection is possible even for highly glossy or transparent pouches.
