Detection of wrong color of caps
The CVSE1‑RA simple color‑area sensor is used to monitor for mixed‑in foreign lid types on containers. With a high color‑detection resolution of 15,000 colors, it can reliably distinguish even lids of similar color tones. In addition, up to 16 product types can be registered, allowing the inspection target to be switched instantly during changeovers.
