Print inspection on glossy surface
Print on a glossy surface such as aluminum metalized film is inspected with an MVS-OCR2 character recognition camera. When the surface is extremely glossy, LED lighting creates uneven reflections, making it difficult to extract the characters. The MVS-OCR2 can extract them as it is highly resistant to the influence of unevenness. Reliable print inspection is possible even for objects that cause illumination unevenness.
