Feeding length of non-woven fabric

The feed amount of non‑woven fabric is controlled by counting creases using the CD22‑100A compact laser displacement sensor. Because crease heights differ depending on the product type, photoelectric sensors require adjustment for each type. With a laser displacement sensor, the feed amount can be controlled based on the analog output waveform, eliminating the need to adjust the sensor every time the product type is changed.
