The state of adhesive application on automotive components is verified. A monochrome camera and ring lighting follow the dispenser, and capture an image immediately after application. Equipping the OPR ring lighting with a polarizing plate and the lens with a polarizing filter enables cutting specular reflections from the metal parts, allowing only the adhesive to be captured in white. In addition, the OPR features compact housing, making it ideal for integration into equipment.
