Detecting if the lid of the individual package is glued correctly or not

The LS-100Cx inspects lid lifting (poor adhesion) of cosmetic boxes. Because the distance to the box varies, conventional systems require two sensors—one for the top and one for the bottom—and additional calculation to determine the height difference. With the LS‑100Cx, however, multiple points can be measured and calculated with a single unit, simplifying the system configuration and reducing cost.
