Detecting plastic bottle stuck on the conveyor

The BGS-HDL CMOS laser sensor monitors for the buildup of transparent plastic bottles that are stuck. The BGS-HDL with built-in FGS function operates based on the principle of receiving light reflected from the conveyor and that light is blocked when a plastic bottle is present, which allows even a diffuse reflective type sensor to detect transparent objects in a stable manner. This allows for stable monitoring for the buildup of plastic bottles.
