Print inspection on transparent bottle

White characters printed on transparent containers are imaged using OPS‑S spot lighting and a camera. Because printing is also present on the back side of the container, bar lighting may capture overlapping characters. Using two OPS‑S lights with condenser lenses provides highly parallel light that illuminates only the container surface, canceling the rear printing and imaging only the front characters.
