Measurement height of the robot

Before the robot picks electronic components, the height is measured with the CD22 laser displacement sensor and fed back for robot height control. Even in high‑mix production where component height varies slightly, the system can respond with high accuracy. Because the sensor body is compact and lightweight, the load on the robot is minimized, making installation on the robot hand suitable even for frequent movement.
