Edge detection of chip parts
Edge detection of chip components picked up by a nozzle is performed. Previously, the suction nozzle appeared in the background, making it difficult to detect the edges accurately. With the OPR, switching to low‑angle illumination is possible by using the attachment lens. By illuminating only the chip component with low‑angle lighting, the nozzle and background are not captured, allowing the edges of the chip to be imaged clearly.
