Roller gap measurement

The gap between rolling rollers is measured using the TD1 Series through‑beam edge sensor. If the gap is too wide, the material becomes thicker, and if it is too narrow, the material becomes excessively thin. By controlling the gap, stable rolling thickness can be maintained. Using the control output, thickness abnormalities can also be detected and output.
