Detecting direction of packed sweets
The direction of individually packaged sweets is determined using BGS-DL CMOS laser sensors. Normal diffuse reflective sensors cannot detect correctly due to the influence of aluminum metalized film color and wrinkles, but the BGS-DL with a CMOS receiver element, provides stable detection. This prevents false detection, improving the efficiency of the production line.
