Detecting wrong parts on the production line
Using the NF‑TZ09 screen fiber-optic cable together with the D4RF fiber-optic sensor, diameter differences in metal parts are detected to prevent mixing of incorrect parts. The NF‑TZ09 detects using an 11 mm‑wide light band, enabling reliable differentiation based on part diameter.
