Bottle cap float detection
Measure the tightness of bottle caps with the TD1 Series through‑beam edge sensor. If the cap is not tightened sufficiently, it becomes taller, allowing inspection with a line‑shaped laser. Because the TD1 Series is a through‑beam type, it can measure stably without being affected by cap colors or patterns.
