Measuring length of the protruding pipe and height of the bolt

The inspection of (1) the protrusion length of the pipe (1 piece × 4 points) and (2) bolt loosening inspection (4 bolts × 2 points) on automotive parts is performed using the LS Series shape‑measurement sensor mounted on a robot. It can automatically detect height‑direction defects that are not possible with 2D cameras.
