The CVS3‑RA edge‑detection sensor checks for mixed‑in wrong metal plates. By setting the inspection mode to “Contour,” the uneven edge areas can be extracted for inspection. Because the CVS3‑RA is an all‑in‑one design, it can be introduced easily without the need to build a complex image‑processing system.
