Checking shape of black rubber surface

Protrusions and recesses on black rubber are detected using a CD2H-130□ laser displacement sensor. When light strikes the side of a raised feature, the reflected light can escape, causing a decrease in the received light amount. However, the CD2H series is equipped with an automatic sampling function that provides stable detection, as it excels at detecting protrusions and recesses.
