Inspection for raised ICs in a tray
The tray is inspected with a BGS-HL05T CMOS laser sensor to verify that the ICs are seated correctly. The sensor can identify height differences as small as 0.08 mm, enabling reliable detection of any IC protruding. And since it is a CMOS sensor, it achieves detection highly resistant to the influence of package and tray color.
