Measurement of groove width on plastic parts using the LS-100Cx shape measurement sensor. With the LS-100Cx, which is capable of width measurement, it is possible to judge grooves that are outside the specified value as NG. The sensor enables automation of manual measurements with calipers and allows all-sample inspection instead of sampling inspection.
