Vision inspection of chip capacitor
The appearance of chip capacitors is inspected. Previously, blue ring lighting and low‑angle red lighting were combined and switched during inspection. However, due to increases in shutter speed, the available brightness became insufficient. The high‑brightness type of the OPS‑S spot lighting provides enough illumination even for high‑speed electronic component lines. In addition, it offers flexible illumination angles and can be installed in limited spaces.
