Overlap detection of transparent containers

The DR‑Q digital laser transparent‑object sensor detects overlapping transparent containers. Height‑based detection can be difficult when height differences are small or when vibration is present on the line. With the DR‑Q, overlap is identified by slight differences in received light between “overlap present” and “overlap absent,” enabling reliable discrimination of transparent objects that were previously difficult to detect.
