Shape inspection of the part for airbag

The shape of an airbag part is inspected using the edge measurement sensor CVS3-RA Series. Previously, the outer edge of the part was inspected using four fiber-optic sensors. However, chipping was not detected in areas where the spot light did not reach. The all-in-one vision sensor CVS3-RA Series can detect the entire part within its FOV, allowing inspection to be performed using only one sensor.
