Detecting the presence of transparent sealing tape on the box
The presence of transparent sealing tape on medical packaging boxes is inspected using OPS‑S spot lighting and a camera. By illuminating the tape edge vertically with high‑brightness spot lighting equipped with a condenser lens, the light refracts at the tape edge, making the step clearly visible. Using the spot light as oblique illumination also provides greater freedom in setting the lighting angle.
