Checking gap and height difference of the door and body

The LS Series measures the gap and height difference between the door and the vehicle body to check assembly accuracy. With conventional displacement sensors, the sensor must be moved along the body shape to measure the gap, making measurement difficult when handling many vehicle models. In addition, inspections using shims take time and may cause scratches on the body. The LS Series uses a wide line beam to measure both the gap and height difference simultaneously. Since it is a non‑contact method, the inspection can be performed quickly without damaging the vehicle.
